This decision will be taken under urgency procedures.

Reason for urgency:
This item was originally scheduled in the current Forward Plan for the Cabinet meeting on 7 February 2017 as a non-key decision. It has been brought forward to the 10 January 2017 meeting and insofar as the resolutions to be made by the Cabinet are concerned (as opposed to the recommendation to the Council) it is (as stated above) to be treated as a key decision.

The reason for urgency is because of the need for Chichester District Council to obtain timely consultant's advice in order to prepare a full project initiation document for consideration at the Cabinet's meeting on 11 July 2017.
