To seek approval to the new Asset Management Plan (AMP). The Council’s AMP (which provides the framework and procedures for the Council when dealing with property matters) was previously revised in November 2007. An officer working group led by Paul Over, Executive Director, has updated the AMP and this being submitted to Cabinet for approval following consideration by the Commercial Programme Board.
