South Downs National Park Authority has published its draft Local Plan for public consultation during the period 2 September to 28 October 2015.  This report will set out comments on the Local Plan, as recommended by the Development Plan and Infrastructure Panel, to be submitted as the Council’s formal response to the Local Plan consultation.

Recommendation: That Cabinet endorses the attached comments to be submitted as the Council’s formal response to the South Downs National Park Preferred options Local Plan.
