National planning regulations require the Council to publish an AMR every year to monitor progress on plan preparation and assess the implementation and effectiveness of local plan policies over the year to 31 March 2014. The AMR will include:

·       Updated information on all Council planning documents currently in preparation and the timetable for their adoption.

·       Details of neighbourhood plans in preparation and their timetables.

·       Analysis of planning policy performance, including information on development completed, housing and commercial land supply and performance against environmental indicators.

·       Summary information on planning applications, appeals and planning obligations secured during the year.

The report will recommend that Cabinet approves the publication of the Authority’s Monitoring Report 2014-2015 on the Council’s website.
