This report reviews the parking charges in the Council’s off-street car parks in accordance with parking policy and consideration of car park refunds for Westgate Leisure Centre customers.  Members will be requested to consider and agree on parking charges as set out in the report.  Income generated by car parking charges is regularly monitored.  In accordance with the Review of Fees and Charges, all service managers are tasked with identifying new potential sources of income from fees and charges, and the proposals set out in the report will become effective from 1^st April 2016.   The recommendations outlined in the report are considered by the Chichester District Parking Forum before being presented to Cabinet for approval.
