Leisure Management Procurement Process

The Council has tested the market and received tenders for managing the Council’s Leisure Centres and Sports Development Service.  The Special Cabinet meeting will consider whether to outsource the leisure management and sports development services in addition to approving the preferred contractor should the recommendation be to outsource the services subject to Full Council approval.
