The Panel is asked to:

 

1)     Agree the criteria for the revised St James rent subsidy scheme as set out in paragraph 5.1, forming part of the Grants & Concessions Policy.

2)     Approve delegated authority to the Divisional Manager for Property & Growth for the application of the policy, as set out in paragraph 5.2.

The Panel considered the report. Mr Cooper drew the Panel’s attention to the value of applications to be considered at the meeting. If members supported all the applications presented at the meeting totalling £59,452, there would be £44,924 remaining.

Annual Report of the Chichester District Council Grants and Concessions Panel for the Financial Year 2021/22

Initial draft report on grants and concessions during 2021/22 for comment and discussion.

Minutes:

Miss Williams introduced the draft annual report to the Panel that documented all grants and funding allocations made by the Council to external organisations over the previous financial year.

 

Members thanked Miss Williams for the work that had gone into preparing the report.  It was agreed that a revised version of the report would be presented to the January meeting for approval by the Panel before publication on the Council’s website.
