Declarations of interest: Mrs Apel, Mr Briscoe and Mrs Sharp withdrew from the meeting in accordance with their declaration of a prejudicial interest
Purpose: Nelson/Murray Statue Second Stage: The Bronze

Reasons for refusal: The proposed use of these monies fails the test for Value for Money, as to use further public funds to replace the statue so quickly after installation is viewed as duplicative
Alternative options considered and rejected: The Grants and Concessions Panel always considers whether or not to support each application
