Charles moved to Loxwood with his husband in 2020 from nearby in Surrey and immediately got involved with village life (as Covid-19 lockdowns allowed). He was co-opted to Loxwood Parish Council where he has served as Vice-Chair and also Vice-Chair of their Planning Committee, as well as helping at the annual village fete and the Platinum Jubilee party.
He works full-time as an IT Project Manager and has experience across the Public, Financial and Industrial sectors. He is passionate about the environment and sustainability and will always champion our rural communities.
