Reason for urgency: This item is related to the key decision made by the Cabinet on 1 November 2016 to approve the parking charges which are to be implemented (subject to the consultation responses) from 1 April 2017. It was a key decision because it will generate income greater than £100,000. A decision by the Cabinet on 6 December 2016 to agree to receive and consider on 10 January 2017 the consultation responses is required in order to meet the timetable for implementation of the parking charges on 1 April 2017.
