In December 2018 the Council approved a
project to provide additional temporary homeless accommodation
This report will seek approval:
1. To allocate commuted sum grant towards the scheme;
2. To allocate capital funds to cover the construction costs through to completion; and
3. To award the development contract
A revised project initiation document will also be presented with revised timescales.
