To make the Lavant Neighbourhood Development
Plan part of the Development Plan for Chichester District
(excluding the area within the South Downs National Park);
The report will recommend, subject to a successful referendum to be
held on 18 July, that Cabinet recommends that Council makes the
Lavant Neighbourhood Development Plan.
