Adoption of Public Spaces Protection Order ('PSPO') for Chichester District - Consultation Results
To report back on the responses to public consultation undertaken during April/May 2016 on the Council’s proposed adoption of a Public Spaces Protection Order (‘PSPO’) and to approve, or otherwise, the adoption of a PSPO based on that evidence.
Approve the Head of Housing and Environment to undertake the necessary statutory publicity and notification requirements associated with the making of the PSPO.
