To make the Westbourne Neighbourhood
Development Plan part of the Development Plan for Chichester
District (excluding the area within the South Downs National
Park).
The report will recommend, subject to a successful referendum to be
held on 29 July 2021, that Cabinet recommends that Council makes
the Westbourne Neighbourhood Development Plan.
