Permission is sort to repurpose existing CRM
related ARP budgets (C0168, C0047, C0060) in order to fund the cost
of moving to the latest version of our current CRM system.
Existing ARP funding will be necessary to fund the shift from our
present on-premises configuration to the latest cloud based
platform. This will deliver to the council the most up to date CRM
platform available and ensure that we are able to continue to
support our Corporate Priorities. In addition, it will provide
clearer direct sight of associated revenue costs, reduce future ARP
funding requirements, and remove the need for significant
additional medium term investment.
