annually) to a Community Advice Service delivered across West
Sussex, through a contract that will end in March 2022. The service
is currently provided by "Arun and Chichester Citizens Advice", and
"Citizens Advice in West Sussex North South East". Cabinet and
Council is asked to consider early commitment to future funding
through a Countywide Funding Partnership, to enable tendering of a
new contract for three or more years.

a. conclude the contractual arrangements and implement the relevant contracts to be effective from 1 November 2021;
b. approve the extension period beyond the initial contract period where appropriate; and,
c. arrange for continued marine insurance cover as set out in paragraph 3.6.
3.
