The Cabinet is requested to consider the report and its appendix and make the following resolution:

 

That Cabinet agrees not to continue with the delegation of the consenting and enforcement for ordinary watercourses function from West Sussex County Council [to the District Council] from 31 March 2025.

Minutes:

Cllr Brown introduced the item. Mrs Stevens was present.

 

Cllr Moss asked that the announcement is made to the parishes and information put on the council’s website to signpost to WSCC.

 

In a vote the following resolution was agreed:
