Mr Briscoe welcomed Mr Christian Melgar from Arun District Council, who was attending to provide background and answer any questions members may have on the Landlord Accreditation Scheme. Mr Nicholas Bennett, Divisional Manager, Democratic and Legal Services was also in attendance. As the matter was a confidential staffing matter Mr Hyland and Miss Beeney withdrew from the meeting whilst the decision was taken.

That the Cabinet Member for Community Services and Culture in consultation with Grants and Concessions Panel approve the application presented in the report.
