The GCP received and considered the agenda report and its appendices with respects to the request by East Wittering & Bracklesham Parish Council. Miss Beeney informed the Panel that she had met with the Parish Clerk to discuss the project and had no reason for concern in their request for an extension.
RESOLVED BY THE CABINET MEMBER FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES IN CONSULTATION WITH THE GRANTS AND CONCESSIONS PANEL:
That the request by East Wittering and Bracklesham Parish Council for an extension to June 2020, in respect of funding provided in 2016 towards signage, be approved.
