Reason for urgency:
This report was not included on the Forward Plan and it contains information which is exempt. The reason for this urgent decision:
Given the approaching expiry of the contract for staffing of the CCTV office, a procurement exercise has been undertaken to seek a contractor moving forward. A preferred contractor has been selected. It is recommended that Cabinet approves the award of contract for the provision of staff for CCTV to continue.

The Part II appendix to the Part I agenda report contains details of quotations received from contractors who have bid to provide the Council's CCTV operation and this information relates to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
