Reason for urgency:
This report was on the Forward Plan however the report was not marked as exempt. The reason given by as to the inclusion of Part 2 information follows:
The report as drafted was intended to be a Part 1 report, but given the value of the funding to be released, senior officers have requested further detail of the tender process and results. In discussion with Donnington PCC it was agreed that the information could be shared to inform decision making, but was considered commercially sensitive and preferred for it not to be in the public domain. The detail of bids has some competitive benefit to unsuccessful tenderers, and the detail of the funding available for the project would have some advantage to the contractor.

Explanation of anticipated restriction:
The Part II appendix to the Part I agenda report contains details of quotations received from contractors who have bid to provide community facilities at Donnington and this information relates to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
