November 2017 work on implementation has commenced. This report
will request authority to: sign a funding agreement with the Local
Enterprise Partnership; approve the use of Compulsory Purchase
powers to obtain control of the privately owned elements of the
site and approve the terms of acquisition of a potential relocation
site
