Reason for urgency:
The quotations provided to Chidham Parochial Church Council (PCC) were submitted to Chichester District Council (CDC) in November 2017 and those will not be valid indefinitely. The PCC has been advised as to CDC's decision-making timeline ie the Cabinet's 9 January 2018 meeting. Whilst the PCC does not assume a positive outcome, it is desirable to avoid any further delay which might deprive the PCC of the opportunity to accept its preferred quotation.

The Part II appendix to the Part I agenda report contains details of quotations received from contractors wh have bid to carry out the proposed improvement works to St Wilfrid's Church Hall and this information relates to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
