1. The Cabinet approves the freehold sale of the site as detailed in the report.
2. The Head of Commercial Services be authorised to approve the final terms of this disposal.
3. In the event that the proposed freehold sale does not proceed the Head of Commercial Services is given delegated authority to conclude a sale to an alternative party in consultation with the portfolio holder for Commercial Services.
