Purpose: To enable the organisation to offer individuals and families affected by an Acquired Brain Injury access to one-to-one support through an outreach worker.

Reasons: To improve life for people after an Acquired Brain Injury
Grant Conditions:
1. That the beneficiaries of the support be residents of the Chichester district, and
2. that the award of the grant would not indicate any recurrence thereafter.
