To make the Petworth Neighbourhood Development Plan part of the Development Plan for Chichester District (excluding the area within the South Downs National Park).

 

The report will recommend, subject to a successful referendum to be held on 19 April 2018, that Cabinet recommends that Council makes the Petworth Neighbourhood Development Plan.

RECOMMENDATION TO THE COUNCIL

 

That the Petworth Neighbourhood Development Plan be made part of the Development Plan for Chichester District (excluding the area within the South Downs National Park).
