Decision details

(a)  To approve the revised conservation area character appraisal and management proposals document as a material consideration in planning decisions;

(b)  To approve the revisions to the boundary of the conservation area; and

(c)  Approve the Implementation of immediate and non-immediate Article 4 Directions covering the whole conservation area including additional areas designated.

This item was deferred in order to enable:

(1)  the further substantial representations received following publication of the cabinet agenda to be fully considered by officers and where appropriate, any suggested changes to the revised character appraisal document to be addressed; and

(2)  representations in respect of the proposed changes to the conservation area boundary to be carefully considered.
