Decision details

To consider the Decision Statement for the Wisborough Green Neighbourhood Plan. The Decision Statement includes the examiner’s recommended amendments to the Neighbourhood Plan to enable the Plan to meet the basic condition and move to referendum. Cabinet is asked to agree the Decision Statement for publication and agree that the Wisborough Green Neighbourhood Plan should move on to referendum.

RESOLVED

(1)  That the Decision Statement as set out in the Appendix be published.

(2)  That the examiner’s recommendation that the Wisborough Green Neighbourhood Plan proceed to referendum, subject to modifications as set out in the Decision Statement, be approved.
